It was a pleasure to see you again and share what has happened in my life since I went to your workshop a few years ago. I would like to express my gratitude for your assistance in my life when I was first divorced, putting myself through school and supporting 4 children and needing State Assistance through the welfare program at workforce services.

Your workshop allowed me the space to believe in myself that I would make a change out of my current circumstances and follow the dreams in my heart. I knew when you talked about how 1 out of 100 would be a millionaire, I WAS THAT ONE!!! I BELIEVED IN MYSELF to rise above my circumstances and make a better life for myself and my family. I have created a wonderful life for my children and now have my own business called Andrea's Home...Heaven on Earth. I love what I do and the people I get to meet because of my work.

Thank you for being the powerful man you are and sharing your life experience and passion for life that you have in your work. You are one who is gifted in motivating others towards change. It is with great pleasure that I’m writing this letter of recommendation for Brad Neufeld. Brad has worked with DWS (Department of Workforce Services) in providing... 3-day workshops to motivate our (adult) customers and youth who have numerous barriers to success. I have had the pleasure of attending one of those conferences. They were remarkable. The class responded so positively to his presentations. His communication was very clear and his concern and compassion radiated to all. There were those who said they had never taken notes before and didn’t care to do so now that left with their small notebooks (given out by Brad previously) filled with notes! I still have those that were fortunate enough to attend calling and stopping by to let us know how well they are doing.

Brad has a heart of gold and a firm desire to help make a difference in this world. He and I agree that there are no bad youth in this world only those who do not know how to succeed. I held a youth conference 4 years ago with over 1000 youth in attendance. I asked how many really wanted to fail in life. At first a handful raised their hands to be funny and I again asked the question. Not a hand went up. It was dead silent. They don’t know how to succeed. Bored with no direction and having other issues these youth tend to get into trouble. Brad gives this direction and vision to his participants.

I cannot even imagine the difference he could make if he had more opportunity and time to influence and inspire our youth, especially those who are struggling with direction, confidence and self-image. If you would really like to feel good and make a real difference in this world and with our precious youth I would highly recommend helping in any way possible to keep Brads synergy for our youth moving ahead. He has a vision and has done the hard work to proceed with his programs. Truly in my opinion this is a great opportunity to give back for all the blessings we have received.

Brad is awesome! That pretty much sums him up. He has a way-of reaching you and making you say" Oh wow!" As he sheds light on your life, and what you can do to Achieve. I know that if you embrace Brad's teachings surely you will have much happiness and success. You will come away feeling rejuvenated and ready to conquer life and make it what you have always dreamed it to be.

He will teach you how to realize your goals and do it loving yourself at the same time. This is what I love about him, he teaches you that not only are you capable but that you are deserving of all your heart desires. What else can I say? He is great!

I am writing this letter in regards to the (Affinity Education Services) program brought to my class in February of 2001. This program had made a great impact on many of the students in my class; it has showed us that the kids have the ability to achieve anything they desire, as long as they put their minds to it. During this presentation, Mr. Brad Neufeld taught my class how easy it is to learn when you apply yourself.

A classic example of this would have been when one of my students, who struggles in spelling, was asked to come to the front of the class to spell a word well above his normal ability level. This students first response was, "I can't," however with some positive instruction and encouragement from his classmates, as well as Mr. Neufeld, this student not only spelled the word correctly, he also spelled it backwards. I was totally amazed, so was the student.

With this example, the kids saw for themselves how a positive mind, and with diligent efforts, anyone can achieve success. As a teacher, I was happy to see a program that was so positive and full of good rewards, not only for students’ schoolwork, but also for their own self-worth.

“During the week of March 25, 2002, the (Affinity Education Services) Program came into the detention center at the Washington County Youth Crisis Center and taught the youth the Ultimate Self-Worth workshops. This program fit very well with the goals of The Crisis Center, our objective is to help the youth we work with develop the skills and abilities necessary to become healthy, productive adults (in addition to ensuring public safety). Our student population can be very difficult and frustrating to work with; the (Affinity Education Services) Program got and maintained the attention of the youth for several days.

This was due to the skill of the presenters, as well as the presentation methods, and the quality and importance of information. Several of the youth that participated expressed interest in becoming involved in (Affinity Education Services) outside of the detention. It is encouraging to see these young people excited about and motivated to do a pro-social activity.

The staff and youth of the Washington County Youth Crisis Center are grateful to have the (Affinity Education Services) Program available to us. It is a high quality program that can and will impact the young people who are exposed to it. We will continue to have (Affinity Education Services) present in detention on a regular basis, as long as the program is available.”
